The European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) intends to launch a negotiated procedure for the provision of expertise on designing the precincts of the FRA premises and for the implementation including construction work of a concept for it.

The FRA is looking to contract an expert or a consultant/organization to provide with expertise in planning and designing the precincts of the FRA premises and with the capacity to implement a concept. This includes construction work and coordination with the local authorities. The objectives of the concept are to enhance the visibility of the agency, to create an open and welcoming character of the premises, to inform passers-by about the agency's work and inviting them to visit our premises, to promote Fundamental Rights and their meaning for the citizens.
