The purpose of this low value contract is to provide the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) with media monitoring services for a 12 month period. The media monitoring services shall allow FRA to monitor how it is being covered in the online media and to give FRA early intelligence on how certain key topics are being covered in the press.
Participation in this negotiated procedure for a low value contract is open to natural and legal persons falling within the scope of the EU Treaties (this includes all economic operators registered in the European Union and all European Union citizens) and to all natural and legal persons in a third country which has a special agreement with the Union in the field of public procurement on the conditions laid down in that agreement. The FRA is not part of the Agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) concluded within the World Trade Organisation. Therefore, FRA’s procurement procedures are not open to tenderers from GPA countries.
If you would like to participate in this negotiated procedure, please register your interest by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, including your contact details (name, organisation, address, country and e-mail) before Friday 28 February 2014 (5 pm). Please be informed that registration using the form below is only intended for the notification of updates and that only registrations of interest sent to the email address above will be taken into consideration.
For your information, registration of interest to participate in the above-mentioned procedure does not give rise to any legitimate expectations to be invited.
