Besides FRA, a variety of actors are carrying out interesting work on the Charter, some of which are listed below.
  • Annual report by the European Commission on the application of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights (2010 onwards)
  • Charterclick, an EU-funded project which includes an admissibility checklist that aims at enabling victims of fundamental rights violations and their intermediaries to identify whether their claim falls within the scope of the Charter or not.
  • ACTIONES (Active Charter Training through Interaction of National Experiences), an EU-funded project primarily aimed at legal practitioners.
  • Library of Charter-specific training materials put together by the European Law Academy in Trier which offers a wide spectrum of trainings on the Charter
