On 23 May 2012 the FRA and the UN Development Programme will present a report which presents the first key findings of the 2011 surveys conducted by the FRA and UNDP and the World Bank covering 11 EU Member States. This new report provides robust and comparative data on the socio-economic status of Roma and non-Roma, living in close proximity, and also examines aspects of discrimination and rights awareness. The data provide evidence for the European Commission's Communication on progress made regarding Roma integration that will also be published on the same day.
