FRA visits Germany to present its work

The FRA Director will present the work of FRA to the EU Affairs Committee of the German Parliament on 7 May.

He will use the opportunity to raise the parliamentarians’ awareness of the wider work of the network of EU agencies, which FRA is chairing in 2014.

On 8 May, the Director will also have a series of bilateral meetings with governmental representatives from various German ministries to inform them about FRA’s work.

Finally, on 9 May, the Director will give a keynote presentation on fundamental rights, in the context of Europe Day, following an invitation from the European Commission Representation in Berlin. The German Institute for Human Rights is co-organising this public event, which will be an opportunity to raise awareness of the latest FRA findings and reports.
