FRA contributes to hate crime and victims’ rights training for police officers

FRA will contribute to a training course being organised by the European Police College (CEPOL), Slovenia’s Police Academy and Austria’s Interior Ministry on fundamental rights and police ethics.

The course will take place from 6 to 10 June at Brdo near Kranj, Slovenia. FRA will deliver a presentation on 8 June 2016 focusing especially on its work on hate crime and victim rights. Around 30 police officers from around Europe will participate. FRA publications including the police training manual, the new report on ensuring justice and the report on making hate crime visible will also be available for participants.
