Re-acknowledging the shared space of religion and human rights

On 12 and 13 September, the Agency is hosting an expert meeting on religion and human rights to re-acknowledge and explore the shared space of religion and human rights.

The meeting will bring together international experts in religious studies, human rights law, religious thinkers, policy makers and representatives from international organisations and non-governmental organisations. It will be an opportunity to identify how people motivated by religion and people motivated by human rights can better come together to help shape fair and just societies.
