The Bulgarian Presidency of the EU Council is hosting the high-Level conference ‘Future of Work: A Lifecycle Approach’ from 21 to 22 March in Sofia.
On 21 March, the Council of the EU’s Working Party on Fundamental Rights, Citizens Rights and Free Movement of Persons (FREMP) will discuss the results of the Agency’s second external evaluation that will be presented by the European Commission.

The Agency will take part in the fourth meeting of the Ad hoc Committee for the Rights of the Child (CAHENF) in Strasbourg.
Equinet, the European Network of Equality Bodies and the Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission are hosting a conference in Dublin on 22 March entitled ‘Poverty and Discrimination: two sides of the same coin’.

From 22 to 23 March, the Agency will host its third expert meeting on developing an online tool on EU Member States’ compliance with international human rights law and fundamental rights.
The European Commission’s President special advisor on victim compensation will visit the Agency on 23 March.
On 3 April, the FRA Director will meet the Austrian Minister for Foreign Affairs, Karin Kneissl, and the Austrian Minister for Constitution, Deregulation, Reforms and Justice, Josef Moser.

On 15 March, the FRA Director will meet with the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and State Secretary Audun Halvorsen in the context of FRA’s cooperation with the EEA and Norway Grants.
The Agency will present its Challenges facing civil society organisations working on human rights in the EU report to the European Commission representation in Warsaw, Poland, on 14 March.

On 8 March, the Agency will speak at a hearing at the European Parliament on EU Funds and independent living for people with disabilities. FRA will draw on findings from its ‘From institutions to community living’ reports.
