The first project of the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) in the area of disability is carried out in the spirit of the CRPD. The project aims to assess the fundamental rights situation of some of the most vulnerable groups of persons with disabilities, namely those with intellectual disabilities and those with mental health problems.
