These 27 factsheets complement the two comparative studies on information about the asylum procedure and about access to remedies against a negative decision.

They provide basic background information, including statistics and relevant domestic legal provisions relating to the issues covered in the two reports. The information covered in the report has been updated as of 1 September 2010, unless otherwise indicated.
