Negotiated procedure
The European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (“FRA” or “the Agency”) is looking to conclude a framework contract in cascade for the provision of interactive, experiential compulsory training to all its staff on the phenomenon of unconscious bias, on how it can affect mutual assessments and decision making, specifically with regard to the internal working processes and intra-relationships among staff in the Agency with a view on how best to address it. FRA is driven by its fundamental rights vision as it strives to end all forms of discrimination. FRA’s focus is to create an awareness of subtle forms of discrimination and take steps to address them.
