FRA discusses Charterpedia with the EU’s Court of Justice

On 8 December, FRA presented Charterpedia, the agency’s database on information related to the EU’s Fundamental Rights Charter to the staff at the European Union’s Court of Justice (CJEU).

The meeting was an opportunity to discuss the ongoing cooperation in other areas such as the handbooks that FRA publishes in cooperation with the European Court for Human Rights and EFRIS, the EU Fundamental Rights Information System. FRA’s Charterpedia provides information on the application of the Fundamental Rights Charter, including by the CJEU. The case law of the CJEU is also covered by other FRA Charter material and tools, such as the Charter Handbook or the new Charter e-courses. Following the meeting, CJEU case law will be included in Charterpedia and EFRIS.
