FRA Director Morten Kjaerum welcomed her Royal Highness with a short introduction on fundamental rights in the 21st century, followed by presentations by the Head of Communication, Friso Roscam Abbing, and FRA researchers. The Chairperson highlighted the possibility for co-operation between FRA and the UN Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice.
The focus for its twenty-first session is on "Violence against migrants, migrant workers and their families".
