Exploring judicial cooperation in the area of fundamental rights

FRA took part in a panel discussion to talk about the importance of judicial cooperation from the point of view of European institutions.

The discussion was part of a conference on judicial cooperation techniques for the protection of European fundamental rights, organised by the Centre for Judicial Cooperation at the European University Institute. The conference took place on 9 to 10 May as part of the Centre on Judicial Cooperation’s project to promote and develop dialogue between European judges
