UN Human Rights Office consults with NHRIs on economic, social and cultural rights

FRA spoke about the economic, social and cultural rights situation in Europe and the impact of the cost-of-living crisis on fundamental rights. It drew from the focus chapter of the Agency’s fundamental rights report 2024.

The Office of the UN High Commissioner of Human Rights, in partnership with the Swedish Institute for Human Rights, Danish Institute for Human Rights, the Raoul Wallenberg Institute, and the German Institute for Human Rights, organised the event. It was part of a consultation with National Human Rights Institutions.

It took place from 12 to 13 November.
