It was part of a series that the Council Secretariat and FRA started in 2015.
FRA introduced the EU Charter and what it implies for better law making. The European Commission, the Council Legal Service and colleagues from the European Parliament’s LIBE Secretariat provided an overview as well as concrete examples of their efforts in ensuring that EU law and policy making comply with the Charter.
FRA also presented its various Charter tools underlining that many of them are available in the respective national languages, including its trainers’ manual.
