Fast die Hälfte der Menschen afrikanischer Herkunft ist in ihrem Alltag mit Rassismus und Diskriminierung konfrontiert – ein Anstieg seit 2016. Auch rassistische Belästigung und diskriminierendes Profiling sind weit verbreitet, wobei junge Menschen besonders häufig betroffen sind. Dies zeigt eine neue Erhebung der EU-Agentur für Grundrechte (FRA). Die FRA fordert die EU-Länder auf, dringend Maßnahmen zur Bekämpfung von Rassismus und rassistisch motivierten Übergriffen zu ergreifen, damit alle Menschen gleich und mit Würde behandelt werden.
