n those grounds, THE COURT (First Chamber), in answer to the questions referred to it by the Pretura Circondariale di Roma, Sezione Distaccata di Tivoli, by order of 9 September 1996, hereby rules:
The Court has no jurisdiction to answer the questions referred by the Pretura Circondariale di Roma.
