Annual Report containing update information on news and developments related to hate crimes and racism at international, European and national level, with a detailed list of cases registered as well as two leading articles.
One article addressed the general European context on hate crimes and the Spanish situation, where a particular legal definition of hate crime was still missing.
The report notes the lack of specialised legal professionals, of class actrion, of support for the victims, and/or a proper collaboration with the public prosecutor on procedures against illicit associations that promote racism, xenophobia and other forms of intolerance.
