The index concerning North Africans and Muslims continues to deteriorate, these two groups remaining, with Roma, the least tolerated. And, for the first time, between 2012 and 2013, there was a fall in the tolerance concerning black and Jewish people. The Arabian Muslims and Roma are the new favoured targets of this recrudescence of intolerance. The opinion polls also represent the emergence of a phenomenon of Islamophobia and the increasingly ostentatious and commonplace expression of prejudices with regard to Roma, while the statistics of the Ministry of the Interior show, this year again, a rise in anti-Muslim acts.","Quantitative: A face-to-face survey carried out from 2 to 12 December 2013.
