|
In 2020, information meetings for human rights specialists were set up by the county administrative boards network for human rights and the Raoul Wallenberg Institute. Since 2023, the meetings have been organised by the Swedish Institute for Human Rights (Institutet för mänkliga rättigheter) and the Raoul Wallenberg Institute in collaboration with three national human rights networks: the county administrative boards network for human rights (Länssyrelsernas nätverk för mänskliga rättigheter), the municipalities’ and regions’ national network for human rights (kommunerna och regionernas nationella nätverk för mänskliga rättigheter) and the Civil Society Network for Human Rights (Civilsamhällets nätverk för mänskliga rättigheter (MR-nätverket)). In 2023, the Swedish Institute for Human Rightstook over as the convener of the meetings. The organisation of the information meetings is based on a consensus document developed by representatives of the Raoul Wallenberg Institute, the Swedish Institute for Human Rights and the three national human rights networks. The content of the meetings is determined by the organisers together with representatives of the three national human rights networks in a consensus group. The meetings are held about three times a year, with around 80 participants. |
