Structured cooperation with partners at national level

• The ADAE is the independent administrative authority responsible for monitoring the implementation of all legislation relevant to the lawful interception of communications. For this purpose, it isauthorisedto receive all lawful interception orders issued by judicial authorities.

Structured cooperation with partners at international and EU level

• Participates in international and European forums, workshops and conferences, such as the International Intelligence Oversight Forum, the European Intelligence Oversight Conference, the European Competent Authorities for Secure Electronic Communications Expert Group, the European Regulators Group for Postal Services Stakeholders Forum, the DigiGreeNPost conference, the Annual Privacy Forum, the Cybersecurity Standardisation Conference, the Telecom and Digital Infrastructure Security Forum, the EU project NewPost and the Network and Information Systems Cooperation Group’s workstream on 5G/telecoms cybersecurity.
• Works with the Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission and the EU Agency for Fundamental Rights.
