Structured cooperation with partners at national level

• Contacts public authorities and other legal entities governed by public law, including local authorities, municipal authorities and other public bodies, to request any evidence and information relating to consumer transactions under investigation with a view to contributing to their resolution.
• Acts as part of various bodies comprised of civil-society stakeholders, such as the Greek National Commission for Human Rights, the Committee for the Protection of Minors and the Certification Committee for the Operation of Consumer Associations.

Structured cooperation with partners at international and EU level

• Works alongside the European Consumer Centre Greece (ECC-Greece), with their effectiveness monitored through annually published indexes of (a) the average settlement rate of disputes and (b) the average settlement time of disputes.
• ECC-Greece also monitors consumer satisfaction by carrying out yearly surveys measuring the satisfaction of consumers with the quality of ECC-Greece’s (a) case-handling services and (b) legal help and support with information requests.
