Structured cooperation with partners at national level
- Cooperates with the Parliamentary Ombudsman regularly and in a structured manner, through management team meetings, permanent working groups and ad hoc working groups.
- Members of the Human Rights Delegation include representatives of civil-society organisations, researchers, all ombudsmen (including the Non-discrimination Ombudsman, the Ombudsman for Equality, the Ombudsman for Children, the Data Protection Ombudsman, the Intelligence Ombudsman and the Ombudsman for Older People), the Sámi Parliament of Finland and the Chancellor of Justice.
- Participates in the meetings of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs’ Network on International Human Rights Issues upon invitation.
- Actively facilitates the involvement of people with disabilities and their advocacy associations in the centre’s operations through the Disability Rights Committee.
- Systematically cooperates with non-governmental organisations and authorities working on the rights of older persons.
- Participates in the Government's Network for Fundamental and Human Rights as an Expert member.
Structured cooperation with partners at international and EU level
- Cooperation on fundamental and human rights with the European Network of National Human Rights Institutions (ENNHRI), the Global Alliance of National Human Rights Institutions(GANHRI), the EU Agency for Fundamental Rights and various bodies of the Council of Europe, the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe and the UN.
