  • Coordinates the execution of the judgments and decisions of the European Court of Human Rights with bodies across all branches of government.
  • Representatives of civil society may be involved in the work of the Expert Council for the Execution of Judgments and Decisions of the European Court of Human Rights upon the invitation of the representative.

  • Cooperateswith the Secretariat of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe to execute the judgments and decisions of the European Court of Human Rights.
