Structured cooperation with partners at national level

  • Member of the Economic Development and Innovation Operational Programme managed by the Ministry of Public Administration and Regional Development. The programme assesses the application of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union in the distribution of the European Regional Development Fund and European Social Fund in Hungary.

Structured cooperation with partners at international and EU level

  • Contributes to the European Commission’s rule-of-law report.
  • Conducts legal analyses and research for EU institutions.
  • Submits communications to the Council of Europe’s Committee of Ministers under Rule 9(2) of the Council of Ministers’ rules.
  • Participates in the Universal Periodic Review.
  • Cooperates regularly with UN special rapporteurs on issues including judicial independence, freedom of expression and peaceful assembly.
