- Carries out supervisory and support activities regarding the Visa Information System (VIS) and the European Asylum Dactyloscopy Database (Eurodac).
- Contributes to the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Cooperation’s monitoring at the national level.
- Participates in the European Data Protection Board.
- Cooperates with the Council of Europe’s Data Protection Committee, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development’s Working Party on Information Security and Privacy, the International Working Group on Data Protection in Technology and the Terrorist Finance Tracking Program.
