- Evaluates the impact of the proposed actions on different social groups, checks whether documents contain provisions that are directly or indirectly discriminatory and proposes the integration of measures that can combat discrimination and achieve equality in practice.
- Offers training on equality, discrimination and harassment and regularly receives requests for training sessions from government departments/entities.

- The NCPE is a member of the European Network of Equality Bodies (Equinet).
- The Commissioner of the NCPE is a member of the EU Advisory Committee on Equal Opportunities for Women and Men, the European Institute for Gender Equality Experts’ Forum and the European Commission against Racism and Intolerance.
