UN Human Rights Council committee discusses racism and xenophobia

FRA will take part in discussions on racism and xenophobia at a United Nations Human Rights Council meeting in Geneva on 14 October.

A whole day will be dedicated to discussing xenophobia during the meeting of the Ad Hoc Committee on the Elaboration of Complementary Standard which runs from 7-17 October. The Committee is an inter-governmental Committee of the Human Rights Council that works on developing standards to help fight racial discrimination as part of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination.
