It aims to specifically look into the situation of children in conflict with the law, children in immigration detention, children in institutions and children of parents in prison. The Agency will give a presentation to raise awareness of the many intersections among the topics covered by the Forum. It will draw on FRA’s opinions and research, such as the situation in the hotspots, immigration detention of children, the Local Engagement for Roma Inclusion work, its reports on independent living, children with disabilities and child poverty from its fundamental rights report 2017. The Forum will take place in Brussels from 6 to 8 November.
