FRA will talk about experiences and perspectives of children on how they were treated in judicial proceedings and present promising practices as identified in the its child-friendly justice reports. Workshops will address specific issues in civil, criminal and administrative proceedings such as legal representation, psycho-social support, child-friendly hearings and international legal standards.
