The Knowledge Sharing Platform includes a series of factsheets and handbooks jointly produced by the Court and FRA. It brings together case-law from the ECHR and the Court of Justice of the European Union. It also refers to the agency’s European Fundamental Rights System (EFRIS) and Charterpedia.
FRA is also in close contact with experts of the European Court for Human Rights in relation to the Agency’s new project examining the potential operational implications of the EU's expected accession to the ECHR for FRA's work.
