Article 35. The Minister may, after consultation with the Board, make regulations prescribing the minimum information which everyemployer shall be bound to provide to every employee and themanner in which such information is to be given to the employeeand to regulate any other matter relating to the employer’sobligation to inform or consult the employee or the employees’representatives on employment conditions, and, in such regulationsthe Minister may grant exemption from the obligation imposed bythis article or establish different rules for different classes or types of employment.
