OSCE Human Dimension Committee meeting focuses on tolerance and non-discrimination

On 14 October, FRA took part in the OSCE Human Dimension Committee meeting in Vienna which was devoted to tolerance and non-discrimination.

The two representatives of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office on combating antisemitism, and on combating racism, xenophobia and discrimination (also focusing on intolerance and discrimination against Christians and members of other religions) presented their reports. The main focus of these reports was the perceived increase in hate crimes and hate speech against members of minorities, which also referred to FRA findings. FRA also contributed to the EU statement prepared by the European External Action Service and presented during the meeting and made its reports available at the meeting.
