Representatives from 57 OSCE participating states, National Roma Contact Points and the OSCE itself attended the event. FRA presented its work on Roma indicators on measures and actions for Roma integration, its local engagement for Roma inclusion project, its second EU-wide minorities and discrimination survey. Responding to questions, FRA also presented its work on LGBTI, the Working Party on hate crime and cooperation with the OSCE/ODIHR Contact Point for Roma and Sinti Issues.
FRA Roma work presented at OSCE Human Dimension Committee Meeting
On 10 May, FRA took part in the OSCE’s Human Dimension Committee Meeting on ‘Tolerance and Non-Discrimination’ in connection with the OSCE’s commitments and implementation of the OSCE Action Plan on improving the situation of Roma and Sinti.
