FRA joins fight against racism, xenophobia, homophobia and transphobia

The Council of Europe’s programme for Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals (HELP) will begin its ‘HELP in the 28’ course ‘Fight against Racism, Xenophobia, Homophobia and Transphobia’ on 6 February in Rome.

During the course, the Agency will present its hate crime work by for example referring to its handbook on non-discrimination and the Working Party on hate crime. The programme has been designed to help Member States implement the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) at the national level.
