Sheena Keller's areas of expertise with respect to FRA’s work include: Roma inclusion, migrant integration, poverty and social exclusion, non-discrimination, business and human rights, children’s rights, fundamental rights indicators and research methodologies. She is responsible for coordinating the Agency’s engagement with the EEA and Norway Grants.
She previously worked in the field of international development, as well as holding roles within various human rights and research oriented NGOs. She also worked as a research assistant for the Norwegian School of Economics conducting fieldwork in East Africa for a randomised household survey and economic research on microfinance.
She holds a Master of Science from the Norwegian School of Economics and Bachelors degrees in economics and in international relations from Tufts University.
