The Swedish Civil Rights Defenders and the Open Society Justice Initiative are organising the event.
The workshop on 25 June will involve officials from the Ministry of Labor and Ministry of Justice.
It is a follow up to a first workshop organised on 11 June with the Swedish Police Union.
