FRA co-organised a panel on Social inclusion in a globalised world with a specific focus on its meaning for children and young adults based on research in social and cultural psychology together with a multi-disciplinary perspective.
In this context the Agency will present data on the experience of discrimination and segregation in school settings based on its work on Roma inclusion, the Second European Union Minorities and Discrimination Survey and Together in the EU: Promoting the participation of migrants and their descendants.
The Agency will also speak about what is happening at EU policy level to contribute to reducing social inequalities, increasing a sense of belonging and attaining social inclusion in society from a young age onwards.
