The Agency is looking to contract an expert or experts (natural or legal persons) to

  • develop a training Module on the Holocaust and Human Rights Education for European Commission officials
  • develop an audience tailor-made concept for one-day pilot training for European Commission officials, and
  • conduct a one day pilot training for European Commission officials based on the concept of pilot training.

Technical and professional capacity

Candidates must be able to meet the following minimum selection criteria:

Expert I:

  • University degree.
  • A minimum of seven years of professional experience.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in Holocaust education.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in conducting training.
  • Proven experience of at least two projects related to Holocaust and Human Rights Education.
  • Excellent analytical and drafting skills proven through at least two relevant publications in peer reviewed journals or books or reports commissioned by EU/International Organisations.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (Level C1 based on Common European Framework of Reference).

Expert II:

  • A minimum of seven years of professional experience.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in Holocaust education.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in conducting training.
  • Proven experience of at least two projects related to Holocaust and Human Rights Education.
  • Experience in developing on-line Toolkits.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (Level C1 based on Common European Framework of Reference).
