From 27 to 28 May in Luxembourg, the agency will take part in the annual meeting of the Eurostat working group on crime and criminal justice statistics.

It is where representatives of the national statistical institutes, EU bodies and agencies, and international organisations discuss ways to further harmonise the collection of crime and criminal justice statistics and make the production of statistics more timely and responsive to user needs.

FRA will use this opportunity to update Member State representatives and other participants about the agency’s work in this area, including research into the rights of victims of violent crime, hate crime data collection, and the Fundamental Rights Survey.
