Training Hungarian judges on the EU AI Act and fundamental rights

FRA delivered a keynote plenary lecture on the EU Artificial Intelligence (AI) Act and its fundamental rights implications for Hungarian judges at a judicial training event on the regulation of AI under European law and national law.

The training event took place from 19 to 21 November in Budapest at the Hungarian Judicial Academy, with more than 100 judges in attendance.

The plenary was followed by three parallel modules on civil law, criminal law and administrative law.

FRA’s training was part of its broader strand of work in the area of AI, big data and fundamental rights.
