Frontex Consultative Forum issues fundamental rights considerations to working group

The Consultative Forum of the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (Frontex) issued its fundamental rights considerations to the Frontex Management Board Working Group on Fundamental Rights and Legal Operational Aspects of Operations in the Aegean Sea.

This Working Group was established following a series of pushback allegations. It published its report following an inquiry. FRA co-chairs the Consultative Forum, which provides fundamental rights advice to Frontex.
