The Swedish government is organising an event on the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights that will take place on 8 April in Stockholm.

The event brings together perspectives from Finland and Sweden on the use of the Charter nationally. The agency will bring the EU perspective.

The event follows on from a study commissioned by the Swedish government on the Charter in Swedish legislative and judicial practice.

While in Sweden, the agency will also be involved in research related to FRA projects on national human rights institutions, the situation of Roma people, and business and human rights.
