Artikolu 32 - Il-projbizzjoni ta' impjieg ta' tfal u protezzjoni taż-żgħażagħ fuq il-post tax-xogħol

L-impjieg tat-tfal huwa pprojbit. L-età minima għall-ammissjoni għal impjieg ma tistax tkun anqas mill-età li fiha jispiċċa l-obbligu ta' l-iskola, bla preġudizzju għal regoli iktar favorevoli għaż-żgħażagħ u ħlief derogi limitati.
Iż-żgħażagħ li jingħataw xogħol għandhom igawdu minn kondizzjonijiet tax-xogħol skond l-età tagħhom u għandhom ikunu protetti kontra l-isfruttament ekonomiku jew kontra kull xogħol li jista' jipperikola s-sigurtà, is-saħħa jew l-iżvilupp fiżiku, mentali, morali jew soċjali tagħhom, jew li jista' jikkomprometti l-edukazzjoni tagħhom.
