Libra Onlus is a partner of the Dafne Network. It is based in Mantova and provides services for the empowerment of crimes victims, including: a 24-hour welcome service for the victims who are ensured privacy and anonymity; information provision about the locally available services; emotional and psychological professional support; legal support providing information on the functioning of the Italian judicial system and the public system ruling free legal assistance.
