You can contact the FRA by e-mail, phone and fax. We also accept visitor groups at our premises.

If you are coming by public transport, the nearest underground station is Karlsplatz on the lines U1, U2 and U4. Take the exit marked "Resselpark" when you come out of the station. The nearest tram stop is Gußhausstraße, on the D tram line.

If you are coming by car, there is a parking garage at Mattiellistrasse 2-4, just a couple of minutes' walk from the FRA.

Visitor groups

The FRA also accepts visitor groups. To make a request, please e-mail us at information@fra.europa.eu indicating the following:

  • The preferred date and time of your visit
  • The topic(s) you would like to discuss (up to three subjects)
  • Which language you would like the presentation in
  • How many people are in your group, their previous knowledge about fundamental rights and any other relevant details
