Commission on Prevention and Protection Against Discrimination

Victims of potential hate speech can file a complaint with the Commission on Prevention and Protection Against Discrimination (CPPD). If the CPPD determines that the incident qualifies as discriminatory/ harassment speech based on discriminatory grounds, they may initiate proceedings against the perpetrator. Should the Commission find that the incident constitutes a crime, the complaint can be forwarded to the Public Prosecutor's Office for further action.
