2018Recommendations: - To the Minister of Justice: to implement measures to ensure that detention institutions are allocated sufficient funds for repairs to premises and detainees’ material and domestic provisioning. - To the Minister of Justice: to implement measures that ensure that the minimum living space per person in accordance with the law is guaranteed in detention institutions. - To the Director of the Prison Department: to implement measures that ensure that the minimum living space per person in accordance with the law is guaranteed in detention institutions. - To the Director of Lukiškės Remand Prison: to implement measures that ensure that persons held in all cells are afforded at least the minimal living space per person stipulated in the law.
