Functions

• Educates public sector employees on human rights.
• Offers web-based and practice-oriented training for agencies, municipalities and regions.
• Supports the government’s human rights strategy.
• Ensures that employees understand their role as duty-bearers.
• Runs a human rights forum and breakfast seminars.

• Collaborates with county administrative boards and the Ombudsman for Children.
• Engages in dialogue with authorities, municipalities and regions to identify training needs.
• Conducts specific training initiatives for government agencies, municipalities and regions.
